This Privacy Policy explains how EmpowerSkills (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit empowerskills.co or use our SAP training courses and community features (the “Services”). When you make a purchase, our payment processors (Razorpay, and PayPal where enabled) collect your payment details directly; we do not receive or store your full card or bank account numbers. We also automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, including through cookies (see Section 5).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: create and manage your account; provide access to purchased courses and track your learning progress; process payments and send purchase confirmations; respond to support requests; send you service-related communications; operate community features such as Forums and Groups; and improve and secure the Site.

Where applicable (including for visitors in the EU/UK), we process your personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (e.g., providing course access you purchased), your consent (e.g., optional cookies, marketing communications), our legitimate interests (e.g., securing the Site, improving our Services), and compliance with legal obligations.
